YUM! A long rise in the frig is the best I can manage, but I wish I had a warmer place to proof bread. How was the NYT banana bread? And what kind of soup is that? I am very pumped for soup weather. I bought the makings for potato/sausage soup just this morning. Can you tell I’m hungry? LOL And that egg scramble with all those veggies looks fabulous. Happy Monday for a good week.

The banana bread was good (it’s the same recipe we make in the bakery), and the soup is beef veggie — whatever I had on hand. Your potato sausage soup sounds delicious!
