After the cheese party, the cheezer felt so empty! (Which was good.) This particular day, I reorganized it and flipped all the cheeses.
(When I re-packed the Derby, I tasted a sliver and it was soooo good. But that Colby? Pure rubber. I think I need to dial back the rennet next time.)

Can’t wait to try this easy but delicious cobbler. Quick question: Do you recommend freezing the fruit for some reason? Unlike you, I don’t have a neighbor with a blackberry bush, so I’d be buying the berries at the supermarket when I plan to make it. Thanks!

Fresh berries work fantastic! (It’ll probably knock about 5 minutes off the baking time….)
