I only have three more days when I can say that my children’s ages are two, four, six, and eight. Miss Becca Boo turns seven on Friday.
She has a very specific request for her birthday cake: a strawberry cake with pink icing and flowers around the edge and strawberries on top. Or something like that. I think the top layer is supposed to be smaller than the bottom layer so it looks like a wedding cake.
I have no idea how to make a strawberry cake. I’m looking through the recipes on Epicurious, but haven’t found the right one yet. Any ideas?
