What is that Aroma gadget? I’m an old fart; this looks like the top of a NESCO roaster that my family had.

It’s an 18-quart roaster. It’s wonderful to get the long-simmering pot of bone broth off the stove top, and in a roaster I can let it cook overnight, too.
